Fasting 101 – The 101-Day Fasting Program

Welcome to Fasting 101: Your 101-Day Journey to Mastering the Fasting Lifestyle

You’re here to change the way you eat, think, and feel. Whether your goal is more energy, better focus, fat loss, or simply more control over your habits—Fasting 101 will show you how.

This is a complete 101-day experience designed to take you from a total beginner to someone who deeply understands how to fast effectively—and how to make it fit seamlessly into your life. Over the next 15 weeks, you’ll follow a phased, structured plan that builds your fasting “muscle” week by week.


How the Program Works

The course is broken down into three progressive phases, each lasting 5 weeks:

  • Phase 1 (Days 1–35): You’ll ease into fasting with alternating 14:10 and 16:8 protocols to build rhythm and confidence.

  • Phase 2 (Days 36–70): You’ll step it up by locking in 16:8 consistently, and introducing 18:6 fasts to deepen your practice.

  • Phase 3 (Days 71–101): With a strong foundation in place, we introduce advanced protocols—18:6 as your baseline, 20:4 for deeper fasting, and the occasional OMAD (One Meal A Day) to unlock the full benefits of fasting.

Each week includes a free day, giving you space to “fast as you feel.” These are not cheat days—they’re your chance to learn how your body responds, reset, and apply what works best for you.
